Founded in Vienna in 1913, AÏDA is a fourth-generation family business and the world’s first coffeehouse chain, combining more than 110 years of Viennese coffeehouse tradition with a modern, scalable franchise concept.

AÏDA brings together everything Vienna is famous for: premium coffee, Sacher cakes, hand-pulled apple strudel, traditional Austrian pastries, ice cream and more than 300 handmade cake and pastry specialties produced in our Vienna manufactory.

Our deep-frozen pastry concept enables partners to serve authentic, handmade Viennese products internationally with consistent quality, efficient operations and reduced complexity at store level.

The AÏDA franchise provides partners with an established brand identity, distinctive AÏDA Pink design, proven products, operational know-how, training, store planning, marketing support and access to our product portfolio.

The concept is suitable for high streets, shopping centres, airports, railway stations, hotels and other high-traffic locations, with formats adaptable to different markets and locations.
