AÏDA brings more than a century of Viennese pastry craftsmanship to the world. In our Vienna manufactory, our pastry chefs produce over 300 different handmade cakes, tortes and pastries, using traditional Austrian recipes and carefully selected, high-quality regional ingredients.

Our assortment includes iconic Viennese specialties such as Sacher cakes, hand-pulled apple strudel, Punschkrapfen, Cremeschnitten, Topfenstrudel and many more.

Our products are deep-frozen directly after production, preserving their freshness, taste and quality while providing an efficient solution for international distribution. This allows cafés, hotels, restaurants, retailers and franchise partners around the world to serve authentic Viennese pastries with consistent AÏDA quality.
