Genusskoarl Soy Sauce is a traditionally brewed and naturally fermented soy sauce made in Austria from just four ingredients: organic soybeans, organic wheat, water and unrefined salt. Although wheat is used in the process, the final product is gluten-free – confirmed through laboratory testing of every batch after fermentation.
