We are an Austrian startup producing the world’s first fermented fruit snack - Fancy by Nature. We discovered this unique fermentation method in Vietnam, where fruit is preserved using an ancient craft that dates back thousands of years and was nearly forgotten. Its health benefits were soon recognized, and fermented fruits became an integral part of traditional Vietnamese medicine. We brought the best of this tradition to Austria, developed our own fermentation technology, and now produce according to the high quality standards of “Made in Austria” using locally grown fruits and 100% organic fruit from our Mediterranean neighbors. We use no additives—just 100% organic fruit and a drop of honey. We've expanded our product range beyond pure fermented fruits to include varieties coated in dark or white chocolate and dusted with cocoa. The fruits come in a practical 30g pouch—one daily serving—and have a shelf life of up to 24 months. They are free from sulfites, contain no additives whatsoever, and are organic certified and Halal. Perfect as an office, sports, or travel snack, Fancy by Nature is now gaining popularity across German-speaking countries. We are currently looking for new partners to help us expand into additional international markets.
