"Sennerei Bergkäse 18 Monate" - Artisanal Mountain Cheese

The scent of a juicy pineapple is draped with honey, cream and light caramel. On the palate coffee, dark chocolate and roasted onion becomes the dark aromatic sequel. Fresh and animated, the aroma of roasted nuts and refreshing sweet cream butter blend underneath. Many small crystals flash in the mellow, creamy texture of the cheese. The cherry pit-sized perforation is characteristic for this hard cheese.
