About

The rind exudes a delicate, malty-roasted scent. In the dough, aromas of fresh hay, juices and buttermilk are added. Malty notes dominate the taste impression, framed by an exciting buttermilk sweet cream and yeast component, refreshed by animated apple and passion fruit notes. A fine juiciness follows the soft and compact dough, which becomes increasingly supple.
