At Klaus Schirmer good Spirit GmbH, we specialize in crafting and developing a unique high-quality spirit called APOTHEKÖR which is based on a 500 years old original recipe from the famous medical doctor called Paracelsus who lived in Villach for several years.

As the owner is a qualified pharmacist he started to organise the professional development of this spirit in cooperation with a well-decorated producer of Spirits, Whisky and Gin in the region.

APOTHEKÖR is a aromatic, delicious and unique herbal bitter for After-Dinner-use as well as a mix-drink in combination with various solutions like Tonic-water or champagne.

Our passion for premium ingredients and meticulous craftsmanship allows us to create unique flavors that elevate the drinking experience. We believe in sustainability and work closely with local suppliers to ensure our products promote environmental responsibility.
