Apromo Trading has been operating for over 35 years as a leading importer of high-quality European Foods to the Australian market place. We specialise in the distribution of Food Service products and Ingredients, including an ever-increasing range of frozen patisserie products.

Operating from Rhodes in NSW (< 10km to the Sydney CBD) and Sunshine West in Melbourne, these central locations allow our team quick access to the CBD and commercial centres of both Sydney and Melbourne.

Apromo Trading manages its own fleet of specialised delivery vehicles and dedicated drivers. Its interstate operations are handled by selected distributors who are in their own capacity, specialists in their field. Assisted by a dedicated Key Account Manager, these distributors ensure Apromo Trading’s range is available to all markets in Australia.

Importing refrigerated, frozen and ambient containers on a weekly basis, gives Apromo Trading its strength through logistics and regular supply. Any short stock situations are minimised with additional back up through air freight if required. Apromo Trading currently imports from over 80 suppliers.                       

After many years of international business exposure and a wealth of experience interacting with overseas manufacturers, we enjoy a very high reputation with our Australian clients and we have a deep understanding of the local market requirements and trends.

We are backed up by a technical team of patissiers, chocolatiers and chefs in both Sydney and Melbourne, who are always ready to assist with product selection, staff training and technical back up.
