Since 1999, furore GmbH has been producing premium fruit-based sauces in Vorarlberg, on the shores of Lake Constance. These sauces pair exceptionally well with cheese – including our signature product, the fig mustard sauce. Our delicacies are free from preservatives, artificial colors, gluten, and lactose, making them suitable for both vegan and vegetarian diets. Beyond cheese pairings, they are also highly versatile – perfect for sandwiches, fish and meat dishes, or as creative salad dressings.
