"Bio Vulkan Rebell" - Organic Volcano Rebell

This cheese owes its name of its appearance. The creamy, orange colored dough reminds of the hot magma. The slightly sharp-tasting irregular, rough and dark rind makes the play of colors of the volcano perfect. The fine sharpness dissolves amazingly fast. A real eye-catcher for every cheese counter.
